StoreShot AI is a specialized software-as-a-service (SaaS) application providing automated device screenshot mockup generation, App Store & Google Play visual asset creation, panoramic background composition, and AI-assisted ASO copywriting for mobile developers.

We provide free tier access with standard limits, as well as paid PRO options (App Launch Pass at $29 one-time for 30 days, Monthly subscription at $12/month, and Annual/VIP access at $89/year). PRO access unlocks:

4. Digital Fulfillment & Delivery

All PRO subscriptions and digital goods are provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation. Users receive access directly within their authenticated account without any physical delivery required.

5. Digital Goods Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Due to the instant provision of digital generation servers, 4K exports, and AI API tokens, refunds are strictly governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The statutory right of withdrawal is waived once digital assets (watermark-free images, 4K ZIP files) have been exported or AI generation credits consumed. Refunds are granted exclusively for verified unresolved technical defects or duplicate billing within 14 days. If a refund is issued, all commercial licenses to exported assets are immediately revoked.

6. Intellectual Property & User Ownership

You retain 100% full intellectual property rights to all screenshots, branding assets, text headlines, and exported graphics created with StoreShot AI during an active, valid subscription. We make no claim of ownership over user-generated marketing assets.
